We perform a third party blower door test for new homes as required by the Michigan Energy Code. Home must be in final stages of construction. Testing takes approximately 30 minutes on site and reports are delivered via email same day.

We perform a third party blower door test for you multi family project (condos/apartments/etc) as required by the Michigan Energy Code. We can schedule testing in stages or all at once.
